Yay 10 minute mile. But boo because at one point I was running a 6 minute mile.
This is going to be hard. But if I want to reach my goals, a change needs to be made.
It’s my #1 vice in the healthy realm. It’s somewhere between 180-200 calories per medium coffee with cream and sugar from DD’s, and it’s something that needs to go. As a college student I’d indulge in buying coffee pretty much every morning. That’s over 9 grams of fat and over 20 grams of sugar. BAD. On top of how bad it is for me nutrition wise, it has a ton of caffeine. Did you know coffee can potentially cause insomnia? It can also cause anxiety, irritability, iron deficiency, gastrointestinal problems, etc. None of these things sound worth the energy kick I get in the morning from the silly little bean. Therefore, coffee be gone!
