I preach fitspo and try to lead a healthy life, but lately I have been slacking beyond belief, so today I went to Victoria’s Secret and bought the bathing suit I’ve been eyeballing for MONTHS (same one as in the picture) because…
 June 1st I’m going to take an honest picture of myself in this bathing suit. It will show me that I may have made a lot of progress, but I am not yet at my goal. I’ve made a work out schedule that consists of abdominal, upper body, thigh and glute workouts. I am going to kick my own ass into shape. July 1st I’ll be posting a picture side by side with the picture I will be taking in a few days. I want to see how far I can take my body in a month.
I’m not a fool, I know a great bod isn’t build solely by working out and exercising alone, so I’m going to be incorporating more plant based foods into my diet, while weening myself off of animal based foods. I am dabbling in vegan/vegetarianism. 
I’m a little nervous because this is the last lap for me. I’ve lost the weight I needed to, and now it’s time for me to look like these super toned and beautiful girls we see on this website. After all, isn’t that what most of us are after? I’m ready to commit to a healthy life. Not just healthy days. So, here goes nothing :)
